3kvlp Terms and Conditions

1 General Terms and Eligibility

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 3kvlp platform and all its services, games and features. When you create an account on 3kvlp or use the platform, you will be considered to have automatically accepted these Terms.

3kvlp provides services exclusively to adult citizens of Bangladesh. The following individuals may not use this platform:

• Those who are under 21 years of age.
• Those who are located, directly or through a third party, in a region where gaming is legally prohibited.
• Those who have already activated self-exclusion.
• Those whose accounts have previously been permanently closed by 3kvlp.

2 Account Registration and Management

When opening an account on 3kvlp, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each individual may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being forfeited.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login password and account information completely confidential. Allowing any third party to use your account is prohibited. If you believe your account is being used without authorisation, please contact us immediately.

Updating Information

If any of your personal details change (such as phone number or email address), update them immediately from your account settings. Providing false or misleading information will result in account suspension and applicable funds may be forfeited.

3 Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

3kvlp believes in responsible gaming. After account creation or at any time, we may request the following documents to verify your identity:

• A scanned copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method (such as verification of your bKash or Nagad number).

If the required documents are not submitted, withdrawal requests will not be processed and the account may remain temporarily suspended.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3kvlp supports all popular mobile banking and payment methods in Bangladesh. The following conditions apply when making deposits and withdrawals:

Deposit

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (applicable for all payment methods).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Use only a payment method registered in your own name — deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.

Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals are only permitted to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed until identity verification is complete.
• If fraud is suspected, 3kvlp reserves the right to suspend or cancel a withdrawal.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

3kvlp offers various bonuses and promotional offers. These offers are subject to specific conditions:

Welcome Bonus

New members have the opportunity to receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times (15x).

• The combined total of the bonus amount and the deposit will be withdrawable after wagering 15 times.
• A bonus may be claimed only once — per account.
• If a bonus offer is active, not all bets placed during that time may be counted towards the wagering calculation.

Other Promotions

From time to time, 3kvlp runs special tournaments, cashback offers and seasonal promotions. The specific terms of each promotion are published alongside that offer. General rules:

• Multiple bonuses cannot be activated at the same time unless specifically stated.
• If an attempt is made to misuse promotional benefits, the account will be suspended.
• 3kvlp reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

Sports betting, casino games, crash games and other entertainment gaming services are available on the 3kvlp platform. The following rules apply to all games:

Betting Limits

• Each game and market has set minimum and maximum betting limits, which are displayed in the game interface.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Technical Errors

If a game is left incomplete due to a server outage, network issue or any other technical reason, 3kvlp will determine the result based on the data stored in the system. 3kvlp reserves the right to void winnings paid out due to an obvious error in the game software.

Match Results and Betting

For sports betting, results obtained from official sources will be considered final. For any dispute involving BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments or FIFA matches, the result announced by the relevant sports governing body will be followed.

7 Prohibited Activities and Fraud Prevention

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 3kvlp platform:

• Betting or gaming using bots, automated software or any other technical tools.
• Misusing bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Participating in match fixing or any other fraudulent activity.
• Attempting to hack, phish or breach the security of the platform.
• Conducting transactions using third-party payment accounts.

8 Responsible Gaming

3kvlp believes that gaming is an entertainment activity, not a way to solve financial problems. We place the highest importance on the wellbeing and financial safety of our members.

Self-Restriction Tools

Any member can use the following features from their account settings:

• Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits.
• Take a temporary break (cooling-off period).

11 Account Suspension and Closure Policy

3kvlp may temporarily suspend or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or deception.
• Failure to verify identity or provision of false information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Account closure at your own request.

After account closure, any valid remaining balance (if present and where no rule has been violated) will be returned to the registered payment method. Funds related to bonuses are non-refundable.

12 Limitation of Liability

3kvlp is committed to providing the highest quality of service. However, 3kvlp's liability is limited in the following matters:

• If gaming is disrupted due to internet connection issues or third-party service outages.
• If data is lost due to an unexpected technical error.
• If account information is compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• For any indirect or incidental loss beyond the amount of the bet placed.

13 Dispute Resolution

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the new terms, you may close your account and withdraw your funds.
